Son of #Pandu and #Madri. Born of Niyoga with the Ashwini Twins.
The Pandavas is a collective noun and refers to the sons of #Pandu from #Kunti and #Madri. These are, in order of birth:
Eldest son of #Pandu and #Kunti. Born of niyoga with Dharmaraj (the God of death and Dharma).
Second son of #Pandu and #Kunti. Born of niyoga with Marut (the God of wind).
Third son of #Pandu and #Kunti. Born of niyoga with Indra (the king of Gods).
The Grandsire of the Kauravas and the Pandavas. Raised both Dhritarashtra as well as #Pandu and arranged wives for them to marry.
Daughter of Kuntibhoja, married to #Pandu. She was actually the daughter of Shurasena and thus the sister of Vasudeva (Krishna's father). Shurasena gave her to Kuntibhoja because he was childless.
Princess from Madradesh and second wife to #Pandu.
We know that no one was from the Kuru lineage. Dhritarashtra and #Pandu were born to #Vyasa through niyoga. So the lineage was Kashiraja's blood and Vyasa’s blood.
Since this was a patriarchal society, the patriarchy goes to Vichitraveerya and therefore Dhritarashtra becomes the king, after #Pandu. In the case of Yudhishthira, the lineage is one more step removed because of the niyoga of #Kunti with Dharma.
