Bheeshma

The Grandsire of the Kauravas and the Pandavas. Raised both Dhritarashtra as well as Pandu and arranged wives for them to marry.

Karna
- Son of #Kunti and Surya deva (the Sun god). Given up by Kunti at birth and raised by Radha and Adhiratha (hence also known as Radheya). Adhiratha was Bheeshma's charioteer.
Ambika
- Ambika is the second daughter of Kashya. She was abducted from her Swayamvara by Bheeshma and married to Vichitraveerya.
Ambalika
- Ambalika is the youngest daughter of Kashya. She was abducted from her Swayamvara by Bheeshma and married to Vichitraveerya.
Amba
- Amba is the eldest daughter of Kashya. She was in love with Salva, but was abducted from her Swayamvara by Bheeshma, along with her sisters Ambika and Ambalika. Later, she was turned away by both Salva as well as Bheeshma.
